As a guarantee for the reservation of the Aqua Thermal Area, a 100% advance invoice is issued to the client 5 days before the reservation date of the Aqua Thermal Area.
The invoice must be paid within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
The client can pay the invoice in person or an advance invoice will be issued and sent to the e-mail address provided.
In the event that the advance payment has been received but the client gives notice in a timely manner (no later than 48 hours before the appointment) that they wish to cancel their appointment, the money will be refunded to the client.
In case the prepayment was received but the client gives notice in a timely manner (at least 48 hours before the appointment) on the cancellation of the appointment to the Aqua Thermal Area and wishes to reschedule the visit to another date, the reservation will be rescheduled and the prepayment will remain valid.
In the event that the prepayment has been received but the client does not arrive at the appointed time and has not given notice, 50% of the prepayment will be charged and the remaining amount will be returned to the client.
Please note that Aqua Thermal Area visits and SPA treatments must be booked in advance.
